FORGET ABOUT IT!!!!! August 27, 2010 DENNIS 0 out of 6 found this review helpful
i BOUGHT THIS WATCH IN GOOD FAITH BASED ON POSTIVE REVIEWS. DOES NOT WORK SINCE I OPENED THE BOX i AM AN IDIOT TO BUY ONLINE, SHAME ON ME AND CITIZEN WATCH!!!!
Great watch, classic design, but fell short on the band August 19, 2010 FarmerTom 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I've had this watch for a couple weeks and really like it. I wanted something simple with classic design characteristics and I think Citizen hit the nail on the head with the BM8180-03E. I love the fact that I never have to replace the battery, although it may take a week or so to fully charge the watch if you spend most of your days indoors. The one thing I didn't like, hence 4 stars instead of 5 was the band. It was rigid, small(circumference) with riveted holes which you can't really see in the picture. I purchased a new Zulu 18mm 2 ring band which is very comfortable and much better looking.
Classic Look August 15, 2010 Tiffany L Elliott This watch is great. I don't have to worry about regular battery replacements as it is powered by light. The watchband that comes with it is not so attractive so I purchased another that matches. It was pretty easy to change out. The watch face is small enough for my small female wrist but a little thick and can get caught on sleeves. This is probably from all the internals that are needed to grab the light and store it. I love the style of the watch face. Simple military classic look. Great watch for the money.
Bang for the buck August 13, 2010 A. Wineland (Long Beach, CA) For $81 dollars, can't go wrong with all the features. Never have to worry about battery. Good water proof rating etc.
If someone needs chronograph there is a similar one available.
Would be nicer with a braclet instead of the canves strap. But I bought for every day use, not dress. Can always add a braclet.
Better than others say and lookonline...quality, stylish, value August 4, 2010 E. Nadolink (Key West , FL) Dont listen to the pansies complaining about the band...it is comfortable, trendy, and has 10 holes to adjust length for small or large wrists. Watch is masculine, armyish but simply elegant and rugged. Eco Drive is great technology and my other one has lasted me 6 years+ now.....for under 100$ cant be beat.
